Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rainier Watch gear as much as the mountain itself. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
